Here is a summary of the most common questions that people ask me. In each questions I try to give an easy and direct answer but if you still have questions or you don't find it in that list, use the contact page to ask me.

Where I can see your Artwork? Do you make exhibitions?
Currently I have 2 permanent exhibitions in San Jose del Cabo. Thursday you can meet me in the Art Garden and Fridays at Plaza Pescador. Eventually and as a member of Cabo 8 I also make exhibitions in the Snell Real State Art Gallery. For further information visit the exhibitions and events page.
I can't visit San Jose del Cabo. How can I see your Artwork?
If you can not visit San Jose del Cabo, which I recommend strongly, do not worry. This site gives you the opportunity to see many of my Artworks thanks to its virtual gallery, a gallery designed to offer a unique experience and show my work in full screen mode. To know my paintings virtually just visit my Gallery.
What is Cabo 8?
Cabo 8 is a cultural movement led by a group of eight Mexican artists residing in Los Cabos, including myself, with the same focus and a single mission; promote and foster culture through the visual arts in several of its various disciplines such as sculpture, painting and photography. Can I buy you an Artwork through Internet?
Of course. You only have to access to my virtual gallery, select an available artwork and continue the process.
Can I order you a portrait or a custom paint?
Of course. You can ask me a portrait or a custom artwork by filling out the form you will find on the Order ArtWork page. I will ask your name, email address, telephone number, some pictures (if needed), size and an explanation of what you want. Once I get the email with the information I will assess the time I need to do the work and its cost, information I will send you to your email. With this information now you will decide if you want the artwork.
If I order an artwork, do I have to pay?
No. As I explained in the previous question by filling in the "Order Artwork" form I will get the information I need to assess the work and tell you the price. Once you have my answer you will have to tell me if you want the Artwork or not. If you confirm the work the next step will be the payment.
How much is a portrait or a custom paint?
The price depends on each work, your requirements and size. Once you have completed the "Order Artwork" form I will send you an email with the price and the estimated delivery time.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or using your PayPal balance. The purchase process is easy, intuitive, fast and 100% safe as we manage it through PayPal, a global service that allows you to make payments to our account with your credit / debit card with no PayPal account required.
Is the shipping included in the Artwork price?
No. The displayed price on the purchase page belongs exclusively to the Artwork. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the address, size and material of the artwork and must be paid to my PayPal account in another transaction. Once I have received the funds I will send the work to the given address and the tracking code to the buyer.
Can I track the shipment?
Of course. Once I have sent the artwork I will provide you the shipment tracking code so you will know where is the shipment at all times.
I don't get the work or what I get is not the work I asked, what happens?
If that happens, PayPal will make you a full refund of the price covered, plus shipping costs, thanks to its fantastic Buyer Protection program. This service is free, you just have to make your purchase through PayPal and keep your account without incidents. For more information click on this link.
I received the work but it is damaged! Now what happens?

Do you make shipments within Mexico?
Of course. I can send an artwork anywhere in Mexico. For shippings inside Mexico I work with Estafeta.
Do you make shipments outside Mexico?
Of course. I can send an artwork anywhere in the world. For shippings outside Mexico I work with UPS.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are determined by the courier company and is calculated based on the delivery address, the dimensions of the work and the material that it has been made. For this reason I can not standardize shipping costs because each Artwork has a different price. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a specific address you can send me a message through the contact page.
